Enterprise Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the sales team to secure and expand business opportunities with new and existing large end-user clients (Enterprise market), as well as Cloud and Hosting Providers.

• Delivering both web-based and in-person demonstrations of the Veeam product suite.

• Working closely with Veeam’s value-added Enterprise, Cloud, and Hosting partners to provide training, enablement, conduct joint meetings, and foster strong relationships.

• Offering pre-sales support and/or on-site installation assistance to customers evaluating Veeam software.

• In partnership with sales colleagues, developing and nurturing relationships with Enterprise customers and strategic alliance partners.

• Contributing ideas for and participating in Veeam marketing events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to facilitate business discussions with relevant C-level executives of enterprise-level clients.

• Ability to advise and influence customer decisions regarding their future business strategies, ensuring a comprehensive customer experience on assigned accounts.

• Actively promoting Veeam messaging at Enterprise-focused marketing events.

• Coordinating presales efforts with enterprise-level clients, leveraging the support and collaboration of Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services professionals (both Veeam staff and partners).

• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in person.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• A self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Experience with VMware and Microsoft virtualization technologies in large-scale environments.

• Familiarity with virtualization management solutions, such as vRealize Operations and System Center.

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS; able to effectively engage in discussions surrounding Cloud technologies.
