This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Delivering first-line, non-technical assistance in a professional, approachable, and efficient manner
• Assisting veterinary clients while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness
• Accurately logging and managing all customer interactions
• Keeping clients informed and updated on the status of their inquiries
• Conducting initial troubleshooting and collecting detailed information to fully comprehend issues
• Collaborating with internal teams, including technical support, to ensure prompt resolutions
• Cultivating strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers and suggest best practices
• Prior experience in a customer service or support position, preferably in a dynamic environment
• Comfort in utilizing live chat as the main communication channel
• A background in veterinary science (e.g., RVN) is highly preferred but not essential
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear and supportive demeanor
• A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
• Strong organizational abilities and adherence to processes
• A keen interest in technology and an eagerness to learn new systems
