This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist Strategic Account Executives in promoting the adoption of Abbott Diabetes Care’s product range, including continuous glucose monitoring, within health systems in a designated territory.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to create, implement, and promote health system solutions.
• Work alongside Strategic Account Executives on account strategies and execution plans.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the advisory, implementation, and adoption phases.
• Assess existing workflows and advise on necessary changes for new functionalities and solutions.
• Aid in the implementation of solutions across customer facilities with the support of internal technical specialists.
• Manage change, facilitate solution testing, and develop comprehensive training plans for customers.
• Provide staff support and training on workflows for patient onboarding.
• Identify and document desired outcomes and key performance indicators based on customer requirements.
• Engage in professional IT and EMR implementation organizations to share insights and lessons learned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biotech sectors.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, relationship-building skills, cross-functional collaboration, and project management expertise.
• A solution-oriented approach.
• Skills in process management, including end-to-end mapping and systems analysis.
• Professional demeanor when engaging with customers.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful oral and written communications.
• Capability to design and implement change management strategies and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and adhere to timelines.
• Prior experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays, 50%–75% of the time.
• Preferred: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with experience in hospital and/or outpatient settings.
• Preferred: Experience in developing or consulting on clinical protocols and workflows.
• Preferred: Knowledge of diabetes disease areas and experience with related products such as glucose monitors and pumps.
