This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the direct sales processes and implement sales goals through the establishment and assessment of sales quotas, along with prospecting and managing the sales pipeline.
• Expand Garner’s extensive enterprise channel through direct sales to employers, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively convey the value proposition of partnering with Garner.
• Assist in forming new, strategic broker relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
• A Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of extensive sales experience, particularly in health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) through brokers, consultants, and insurers.
• Established connections within the broker, consultant, and insurance sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience selling to large enterprise clients.
• Proficient in data analysis with the capability to transform complex, varied datasets into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in developing processes (such as sales playbooks, KPIs, collateral creation, etc.) and executing sales strategies to ensure long-term success.
• A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing, mission-driven team that values urgency, individual accountability, and open feedback.
• 2 or more years of experience in a venture-backed, early-stage company (preferred).
• Comfort in collaborating with remote teams (preferred).
