
Enterprise Sales Manager – Future Opportunities, Talent Pipeline

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with new enterprise lending institutions, specifically targeting Independent Mortgage Bankers (IMBs), Credit Unions, and Banks that have yet to adopt the Mortgage Coach platform.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership teams within these institutions to comprehend their distinct lending objectives. You will advocate for our platform as a crucial component for their digital transformation and enhancing loan officer productivity.
• Navigate the unique complexities associated with mortgage enterprise sales, taking full responsibility for the entire process from initial outreach and discovery to negotiating multi-year contracts and ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation team.
• Sustain an organized and predictable sales pipeline, providing transparent updates on your progress and leveraging data to fine-tune your strategy for different categories of lending institutions.
• Serve as the "voice of the market" for our Product and Marketing teams, ensuring that our roadmap continues to address the most urgent challenges facing contemporary mortgage lenders.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise account management or sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
• A background in the mortgage or loan industry.
• A proven track record of acquiring new business with large, complex organizations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other pipeline management tools.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, and Command the Message methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines.
