
Enterprise Sales Lead – Google Cloud, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic account planning and new customer acquisition: You will identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts in the DACH region, formulating innovative go-to-market strategies to attract new customers within the Google ecosystem.
• High-end deal closure: You will oversee the complete sales cycle, manage complex RFPs, and negotiate contracts at the C-level with the goal of successfully closing professional services agreements.
• Trusted advisor: You will maintain and foster long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts, comprehend their digital agenda, and establish PCG as the premier partner for cloud transformations.
• Ecosystem management and partnerships: You will enhance strategic collaboration with Google and relevant channel partners to generate joint leads and optimize your market presence, including participation in pertinent events and summits.
• Deal enablement: You will coordinate the sales journey by collaborating closely with delivery teams to present technically sound, customer-specific solutions while thinking beyond conventional methods.
• Performance and reporting: You will strategically utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) for pipeline management, create accurate forecasts, and report your sales results directly to management.
• Proven hunter DNA and track record: Several years of professional experience and a demonstrable record of success in enterprise solution sales (IT/Cloud Professional Services), with a clear emphasis on new customer acquisition. Proven deal experience exceeding €300K is advantageous.
• Strategic C-level engagement and stakeholder management: Ability to serve as a persuasive sparring partner and trusted advisor at the C-level, present intricate strategies, and ensure effective stakeholder management.
• Ecosystem expertise and partner push: Solid experience in managing the partner ecosystem (especially with Google) and actively driving vendor and partner leads to achieve shared objectives.
• Independent drive and vision: High levels of self-motivation, strong determination, and reliability, combined with innovative thinking to explore new market potentials.
• Google Workspace and Cloud mastery: Profound understanding of the transformative effects of Google Workspace and Google Cloud.
• Sales and pipeline excellence: Proficient usage of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) for transparent management of the entire sales cycle and accurate forecasting.
• Communication and language: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both German and English.
• Team spirit and drive: You exhibit a results-oriented approach and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team.
