This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a focused portfolio of CMET accounts.
• Emphasize acquiring new logos and expanding multi-tower accounts.
• Create pipeline from the ground up, penetrating enterprise organizations.
• Expedite initial engagements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Transform accounts into extensive multi-tower partnerships.
• Navigate cross-functional priorities, aligning with shifting client business goals.
• Establish credibility at the C-suite level.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and finalize new opportunities while deepening existing relationships.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales specialists and delivery teams to develop customized solutions.
• Onboard with Toptal and engage with key members of the CMET industry team.
• Understand Toptal’s model, value proposition, and extensive capabilities.
• Acquaint yourself with the tools and resources necessary for success.
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with clients effectively.
• Create proposals and successfully close deals.
• Build a network of client relationships.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, or professional services, with a proven record of acquiring new logos.
• Extensive experience engaging with C-suite and senior-level executives across Communications, Media & Entertainment, and/or Technology sectors, including CIO, CTO, CDO, and CMO stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of CMET-sector dynamics, including trends in digital transformation within media and entertainment, telco modernization, streaming and OTT platforms, and enterprise technology adoption.
• Familiarity with AI and GenAI use cases relevant to CMET clients, and the capability to connect Toptal’s offerings to client transformation priorities.
• Significant experience in consultative customer engagement and selling service-oriented or outcome-based solutions.
• Exposure to hybrid talent models or alternative consulting delivery frameworks.
• Proven success in acquiring and expanding enterprise clients with annual revenues of $250M–$5B+, including the ability to grow initial wins into multi-tower, multi-million-dollar programs.
• A comprehensive understanding of how Toptal’s AI-enabled transformation, managed services, and digital modernization capabilities align with the strategic priorities of CMET clients.
• Ability to develop and implement account plans that drive consistent portfolio growth and a robust pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in collaborative prospecting, conducting virtual and on-site sales calls, and leading sales efforts supported by a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments within enterprise accounts.
• Willingness to travel regularly or periodically to engage with Toptal clients and customers both locally and beyond.
• Capacity to partner effectively with multiple internal teams to devise innovative solutions that foster client success.
• A passion for creatively solving client issues with urgency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
