
Enterprise Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the entire enterprise sales process, from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiations and closure for health systems, hospitals, and large medical groups.
• Create and oversee a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, participation in conferences, partner referrals, and incoming leads.
• Engage with multi-stakeholder buying committees, including CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, VPs of Quality, and pharmacy and clinical leadership.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each prospect’s clinical and operational challenges and demonstrate how Avo delivers measurable value.
• Navigate intricate procurement processes such as RFPs, security assessments, legal negotiations, and multi-year contract agreements.
• Work closely with clinical success, product, and marketing teams to synchronize sales strategies with customer needs and the product roadmap.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning materials.
• Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and report on activities using HubSpot CRM.
• Represent Avo at major industry conferences and customer advisory events.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare technology, health IT, or clinical SaaS.
• Proven success in closing six- and seven-figure deals with health system or hospital clients.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months) involving various buying personas.
• Strong executive presence, capable of effectively engaging C-suite, VP, and clinical leadership audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: able to customize a pitch for both a CMO and a procurement manager within the same week.
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM, with disciplined approach to pipeline management.

• Salary range of $150,000 – $180,000 | On-target earnings (OTE) of $300,000 – $360,000 plus equity.
