This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor your team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Collaborate across functions to foster a team-oriented strategy for winning and expanding enterprise accounts.
• Enhance operational excellence through a well-defined operating rhythm and organized sales processes.
• Become a product authority and confidently assist your team in generating, advancing, and closing high-stakes deals.
• Evaluate the skills, motivations, and career aspirations of each team member, providing continuous coaching to enhance performance and support career development.
• Create and execute sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly, and annual growth in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct regular pipeline assessments, deal evaluations, and accurately predict sales pipeline outcomes.
• Consistently achieve Pipeline Generation results by developing and implementing effective plans and enablement initiatives.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Builder’s products, value propositions, and competitors.
• Over 2 years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, managing teams focused on selling to the Global 2000.
• Proven expertise in building and inspiring sales teams, increasing pipeline, and achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Skilled in formulating and executing value-driven sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and significantly boost revenue.
• Strong experience in selling to enterprise clients, with a thorough understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles.
• A network of top-tier talent.
• A data-informed approach to leading your team and expanding your business.
• A solid grasp of front-end software development processes and technologies.
• A consistent track record of meeting sales targets with high participation from sellers.
