This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for submitting RFPs (request for pricing) and RFIs (request for information), as well as conducting Competitive Reviews for our major clients.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure that RFPs, bids, and contracts are drafted as necessary.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges, and define the project scope.
• Develop financial models for various scenarios to assist in future business planning.
• Generate savings reports by utilizing lower-cost alternative products and/or contract expenses.
• Engage with manufacturers to secure the best pricing available for customers.
• Create reports from databases to provide management with valuable information for sound decision-making.
• Conduct data modeling studies and establish basic models.
• Document and uphold operational policies and procedures, including detailed process flow documentation.
• Collect and analyze data related to new and existing business operations and processes to propose best practices and procedures that enhance productivity and reduce costs; make recommendations to management for improvements.
• Oversee the management of Enterprise Profit Models.
• Implement basic databases and analyze the data they contain.
• Offer financial and/or business support to management teams.
• Communicate business outcomes, operational analyses, change recommendations, and other relevant information to management, and formally present findings.
• Monitor and report business metrics and service level agreements to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts and resources to ensure priorities are achieved, including participation in weekly/monthly calls and meetings with sales and Enterprise operations teams.
• Track wins, pending deals, and losses.
• Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
• Serve as a project manager, lead process improvement initiatives, and provide consultation to users to resolve business issues.
• Supervise the work of Enterprise Operations Specialists and Sr. Specialists for quality and compliance with guidelines, and be available to answer questions and assist with training and development.
• Typically possess 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven history of successfully leading projects.
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor and advise team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• Basic understanding of business mathematics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microstrategy Data Warehouse is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sales Force is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the sales force (proactively) and upper management.
• Capable of conducting price/cost savings reports utilizing lower-cost alternative products and/or contract costs.
• Ability to review and edit product matches based on customer usage reports.
• Knowledge of sales plans and pricing adjustments.
• Proficient in editing and reviewing an Enterprise Profit Model.
