This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.
• Oversee our client verification processes, ensuring regular communication to maintain compliance with data requirements.
• Manage a select portfolio within the Enterprise Life Science client segment, enhancing and delivering value across current partnerships.
• Perform analyses (leveraging Tableau & Excel) and create data-driven presentations to illustrate RxVantage’s business impact and potential opportunities for clients.
• Act as the main contact for customers, serving as the primary communication conduit between established Enterprise Life Science clients and our internal team.
• Facilitate successful, consistent, and timely renewals while collaborating with sales to pinpoint and support upsell and expansion initiatives.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business landscape, challenges, goals, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with RxVantage’s implementation and operations teams to ensure prompt and effective onboarding of new clients and ongoing service delivery.
• Assist our Enterprise Clients involved in our Brand Space and Launch Acceleration programs by leading the creation and finalization of brand space pages, which includes sharing creative assets with clients, making necessary revisions, and obtaining approvals.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, consulting, sales, or customer success within the life sciences sector.
• At least 3 years of direct client interaction experience in the pharmaceutical "pharma" industry (excluding pharmacy).
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence (both written and verbal), capable of creating presentations that tell a cohesive and engaging story.
• Consistently delivers high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Exhibits exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Produces polished, error-free communications and deliverables.
• Comfortable with interpreting and reporting data and performance metrics, with the capability to narrate a story and offer recommendations.
• Strong organizational abilities to structure plans, align stakeholders, and ensure execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive in taking initiative, overcoming obstacles, and seeking innovative ways to elevate standards.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team and partner environment.
• A passion for science and technology, believing in the significant impact of our clients on humanity, as well as enthusiasm for new technologies and their potential effects on existing paradigms.
• Maintains a solutions-oriented approach when faced with challenges or uncertainty.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
