Enterprise IT Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design intricate consulting tasks for AI assessment across enterprise consulting and technology delivery contexts.

• Develop reference outputs and evaluation criteria that embody senior technology consulting and delivery expertise.

• Create scenarios and tasks that encompass digital transformation, IT strategy, systems integration, technology delivery, managed services, IT operations, client engagement, program governance, commercial delivery, statements of work (SOWs), and procurement.

• Evaluate strategic recommendations for their feasibility, business value, organizational alignment, delivery effectiveness, operational realism, and technical relevance.

• Assess costs, risks, dependencies, technology capabilities, delivery timelines, service levels, governance, and stakeholder requirements.

• Generate reference transformation plans, implementation and delivery strategies, service delivery approaches, engagement plans, executive communications, SOW analyses, account strategies, and engagement recommendations.

• Review AI-generated outputs to identify flawed assumptions, incomplete analyses, and impractical recommendations.

• Provide well-reasoned written justifications supporting evaluation decisions.

• Organize complex project and program information into clear, professional outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, systems integration, managed services, technology delivery, or a closely related field.

• Experience in a prominent technology consultancy, systems integrator, enterprise IT organization, or similar environment.

• Direct responsibility for significant client engagements, transformation programs, systems implementations, or managed services initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise consulting methodologies, program governance, and technology delivery processes.

• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, RACI, business case development, and PMO frameworks.

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Practical understanding of statements of work, procurement, commercial governance, and client delivery processes.

• Ability to articulate complex technology and consulting reasoning clearly and effectively in writing.

• Experience in developing consulting training materials, evaluation rubrics, delivery documentation, or professional enablement content is a plus.

• Must operate without using confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this engagement.

• This is a part-time independent contractor role.
