Enterprise Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive project management for one of FamilyWell's largest enterprise launches spanning multiple states.

• Act as the central operational coordinator, aligning tasks among Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partner teams across 10 workstreams to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

• Develop and oversee master project plans, manage inter-departmental dependencies, handle status reporting and escalations, and ensure internal accountability from project kickoff to go-live.

• Transition to become the main relationship manager for the account post-launch, facilitating quarterly reviews and tracking performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations.

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-workstream projects within a healthcare environment.

• Successful history of managing substantial, long-term client or partner relationships that yield measurable growth outcomes.

• Outstanding cross-functional project management and communication abilities — adept at handling plans with numerous moving components and stakeholders.

• Capability to seamlessly navigate between operational execution and strategic relationship management.

• Proficient in project management tools and CRM systems, including Hubspot.

• Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and fluctuating priorities in a fast-paced startup.
