This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will take charge of the top-of-funnel activities for our most critical accounts β driving discovery meetings and engaging in meaningful conversations with priority enterprise accounts, assessed by both quantity and quality β not merely the number of meetings conducted. You will monitor conversion rates, deal velocity, and the downstream effects of the insights you uncover.
β’ Conduct account mapping that extends beyond organizational charts β you will analyze our largest enterprise accounts to identify the key stakeholders β not just by their titles, but by their interests, decision-making processes, and areas of real influence.
β’ Be the initial chapter of every prospect's MedScout journey β you recognize that your engagement style represents the product positioning during those early interactions. Every touchpoint is an opportunity to showcase what MedScout stands for β not just our offerings.
β’ Develop the enterprise outbound playbook through swift, disciplined learning cycles β we already have hypotheses in place, so you will not start from scratch. Your role will involve rapidly testing these hypotheses, systematically documenting successful and unsuccessful strategies, and integrating those lessons into our ongoing processes.
β’ You have experience managing enterprise outbound efforts with 6-figure+ ACV and can provide specific results β including volume, conversion rates, pipeline revenue, and key takeaways.
β’ You have previously mapped out complex enterprise organizations: covering divisions, reporting structures, budget responsibilities, and decision-making dynamics.
β’ You have engaged in a vertical motion and can articulate how in-depth exploration has enhanced your effectiveness over time.
β’ You are currently utilizing AI tools in your prospecting workflow and can specify what tools you use and why β including examples where human judgment was necessary to finalize the output.
β’ You possess a natural documentation instinct, consistently recording what works and what doesnβt, with processes that are clear to others.
β’ You have been part of a high-performing outbound team and understand how your contributions influence AE effectiveness, deal velocity, and overall results.
