This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of delivery results — including timeline, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction — across the Enterprise customer portfolio.
• Oversee implementations from the signing of contracts through to go-live and into the steady state, ensuring each engagement is adequately staffed, scoped, sequenced, and resourced for success.
• Proactively identify, highlight, and resolve risks before they escalate into customer issues; escalate clearly when leadership intervention is required.
• Maintain an up-to-date perspective on portfolio health, capacity, and forecasting; collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on pipeline planning and customer commitments.
• Lead a team responsible for delivery across their assigned accounts; mentor, develop, and enforce high standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top delivery talent; cultivate a high-performing team that earns the trust of customers and internal partners.
• Establish clear performance expectations and engage in direct conversations when work falls short of these standards.
• Cultivate the next generation of delivery leaders at Benchmark.
• Act as the senior delivery sponsor for Enterprise agencies; foster trusted relationships with executive sponsors, IT leadership, and program owners.
• Spearhead recovery efforts on at-risk accounts: identify root causes, mobilize appropriate resources, communicate transparently with customers, and drive resolutions.
• Convert complex technical tasks into business value for sworn, civilian, and executive stakeholders.
• Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing software delivery, implementation, or professional services, including more than 4 years in a management role overseeing a delivery or implementation team.
• At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise or public-sector clients.
• Proven history of managing a multi-customer delivery portfolio — taking ownership of outcomes across complex and concurrent implementations.
• Strong operational instincts regarding capacity planning, utilization, and scope management across multiple engagements.
• Proficient in leading executive discussions with sworn and civilian leaders, including chiefs, sheriffs, commissioners, IT executives, and program owners.
• Comfortable analyzing data flows, configuration trade-offs, and reporting implications sufficiently to challenge design decisions and facilitate team progress.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree or PMP/Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working with government agencies or law enforcement is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, executive briefings, and go-live support.
• Unlimited Paid Time Off.
• Summer Half-Day Fridays.
• Freed Up Fridays during Spring, Fall, and Winter months to encourage productivity and dedicated focus time.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options along with a 401(k) plan.
• Employer-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
• Additional voluntary benefits including extra Life Insurance, Spouse Life Insurance, and Accident Insurance.
