Enterprise Customer Success Manager – US & Canada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance long-lasting relationships with key customers within the Corporate & Enterprise sector.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, engaging with stakeholders across various levels, including C-suite executives.

• Oversee and assess delivery processes in implementation projects for Corporate & Enterprise clients, identifying early warning signs to avert delivery and launch-related challenges.

• Assist clients in achieving their desired results through product consulting, value realization, and maximizing ROI.

• Expand the customer portfolio by ensuring zero churn and actively pursuing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment clients;

• Proficient in English—both spoken and written—with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.

• Familiarity with CRM / ERP / Core systems / LC/NC solutions / other corporate software;

• Experience in managing or supervising software implementation projects or customizing corporate software;

• Strong customer-centric communication and presentation skills;

• Commercial awareness, including negotiation and renewal management capabilities;

• Exceptional time management and efficiency abilities.
