This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth for Unlayer’s high-touch clientele.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Unlayer’s clients, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance and expand the value provided through Unlayer’s products and services.
• Regularly engage with customers to share product updates, manage renewals, and address general inquiries.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the customer's business, Unlayer’s products, and technical expertise to drive and enhance adoption.
• Represent the voice of the customer by addressing feedback and relaying it to internal teams.
• Identify, develop, and implement repeatable processes across a portfolio of customers to maximize product adoption and help achieve their business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a technical customer success and/or account management position.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and expand customer accounts effectively.
• Customer-oriented with a strong passion for ensuring customer success.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SDK is essential.
• Familiarity with Vanilla JS, Vue, Angular, and React is a plus.
