This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement retention strategies aimed at high-risk and high-value customer accounts.
• Personally oversee escalated client relationships to minimize cancellations and enhance long-term partnerships.
• Design tailored success plans that optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively detect accounts exhibiting signs of churn.
• Conduct regular business reviews with VIP clients, acting as the main escalation point for strategic accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships through additional products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive account growth and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Coach, mentor, and train Customer Success Managers on objection handling, negotiation, and relationship management techniques.
• Enhance retention processes by analyzing churn trends and implementing best practices throughout the organization.
• Monitor retention metrics, revenue protection, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance while providing regular reports to leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Sales, or Customer Retention.
• Proven track record of reducing customer churn and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience managing executive-level and high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and develop customer-facing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting customer health metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer success platforms.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience in the Real Estate Investing industry is strongly preferred.
• Base Salary: $8,000 per month ($96,000 annually)
• Performance Bonus: Target of up to $4,000 per month
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $12,000 per month ($144,000 annually)
