This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate closely with JetBrains Account Executives.
β’ Assist customers in adopting JetBrains products and services to achieve their business objectives, including whiteboarding, aiding in architecture development, and overcoming technical and cultural barriers to adoption.
β’ Manage technical relationships across a portfolio of accounts and work with account-team members on strategic account initiatives.
β’ Act as a customer advocate within JetBrains, liaising with Support, Product Engineering, and other departments.
β’ Suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback and experiences.
β’ Support product teams in presenting and assessing new product concepts with customers.
β’ Serve as a trusted technical advisor, keeping abreast of technology developments at JetBrains and in the wider industry.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to drive account expansions through both short-term and long-term strategic account plans.
β’ Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, technical customer success, or similar customer-facing technical positions.
β’ Extensive background in software development, QA, IT, DevOps, ML, or a related IT domain.
β’ Practical knowledge of AI/LLMs in the context of software development.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and the local language of the office.
β’ Outstanding presentation skills for showcasing JetBrains products.
β’ Capability to identify and tackle technical and business challenges associated with software development tools.
β’ Proficient in explaining technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Experience collaborating with or within large software development teams.
β’ A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a readiness to take initiative.
β’ Self-motivated and resourceful.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 USD per year.
β’ Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including an annual bonus, commission, or other incentive pay.
