This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee personalized one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns targeting strategic and enterprise clients.
• Create outreach strategies tailored to specific accounts and buyer personas.
• Manage the execution of multi-channel campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone calls, ringless voicemail, direct mail, and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, BDRs, AEs, and GTM operators to enhance account engagement and generate meetings.
• Contribute to the design of executive-centric outreach strategies, particularly for VP- and Director-level audiences.
• Convert campaign objectives into concise messaging, call-to-action strategies, sequencing, and follow-up plans.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to identify and create the necessary assets to support campaigns.
• Assist in generating campaign inputs for persona-driven and trade-oriented landing pages.
• Establish success metrics for campaigns and monitor performance across various channels.
• Partner with GTM operations, RevOps, and data resources to enhance attribution, reporting, and overall campaign visibility.
• Analyze outcomes and propose enhancements to targeting, messaging, offers, and channel strategies.
• Create scalable playbooks for strategic account campaigns and disseminate insights throughout the GTM team.
• Proven experience in creating and executing targeted outbound or ABM-style campaigns for larger or more intricate accounts.
• In-depth understanding of multi-channel campaign strategies, including email, LinkedIn, phone outreach, and direct mail.
• Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and translate campaign strategies into actionable pipeline activities.
• Experience in measuring campaign performance and leveraging data for result enhancement.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where systems, messaging, and processes are still evolving.
• Strong written communication skills and an aptitude for effective messaging.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing tools is preferred.
• Background in B2B SaaS is essential.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales initiatives.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing or highly personalized outbound strategies.
• Experience with landing pages, campaign analytics, and attribution concepts.
• Exposure to sales enablement or persona-driven content strategies.
