This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the strategy for enterprise accounts - Collaborate with Account Executives to outline target accounts and pinpoint effective entry points across security, platform, and engineering teams.

• Execute strategic and technical outreach - Develop highly tailored communication that appeals to developers, DevOps professionals, and security leaders — steering clear of generic sequences.

• Grasp modern infrastructure dynamics - Investigate how organizations construct and deploy software (such as containers, CI/CD, and cloud platforms) to ensure your outreach is both relevant and credible.

• Facilitate significant initial discussions - Qualify opportunities by comprehending the technical context, risk profile, and business objectives.

• Build substantive pipeline, not merely meetings - Prioritize creating opportunities that progress — valuing quality over quantity.

• Serve as an extension of the AE - Work together on account strategies, messaging, and advancing deals.

• Utilize tools effectively - Employ Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and data resources to execute tasks efficiently — without compromising on quality.

• Strive for continuous enhancement - Experiment with messaging, share insights, and assist in refining our market engagement strategies.

• Act as a feedback conduit for the business - Relay insights from conversations back to marketing and product — particularly what resonates (or doesn’t) with technical buyers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a BDR/SDR, preferably handling mid-market or enterprise accounts.

• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts (not solely relying on inbound qualification).

• Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders within technical or complex organizations.

• Strong writing aptitude — particularly in crafting personalized, relevant outreach communications.

• Inquisitive and eager to learn about how modern software and security function.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and developing your own methodology.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar platforms.

• Proven record of achieving or surpassing pipeline targets.
