This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business objectives (cost, flexibility, resilience, growth) into narratives that highlight platform value, architectural principles, and strategies for adoption and expansion.

• Collaborate with clients to design enterprise IT–OT architectures.

• Ensure alignment of Wandelbots NOVA with enterprise IT standards, security protocols, and governance requirements.

• Create and refine technology-agnostic capability frameworks.

• Develop enterprise transformation roadmaps that implement a phased adoption strategy and incorporate risk mitigation tactics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution/Platform Architect, or in Digital or IT–OT Transformation Architecture.

• Demonstrated experience in large enterprise environments.

• Background in automation sectors.

• Knowledge of cloud and enterprise IT architectures, operational technology systems, shop floor realities, industrial robots, autonomous moving robots, and platform and ecosystem-based models.
