Enterprise Architect – PeopleSoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain enterprise architecture frameworks tailored for PeopleSoft implementations.

• Oversee the design and enhancement of PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll, and Financials modules.

• Guarantee smooth integration of PeopleSoft with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.

• Provide governance around architecture and ensure compliance for PeopleSoft solutions.

• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure PeopleSoft functionalities align with organizational objectives.

• Propel modernization efforts, which include upgrades, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on PeopleSoft.

• In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll, and Financials modules.

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft integration technologies, such as Integration Broker and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Background in enterprise transformation and strategies for cloud migration.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
