📋 Description

• The Enterprise Architect is tasked with the design, documentation, and leadership in the implementation of technical solutions for clients following the purchase of Veeam products.

• This position serves as a bridge between customer business needs and Veeam’s technology, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices, while also facilitating partner-driven implementations.

• The role encompasses technical leadership, customer advisory, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve successful results, particularly for large enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation.

• In addition to direct design and delivery responsibilities, the Enterprise Architect creates reference architectures and design guidelines that standardize deployments for both customer-led and partner-led projects.

• Furthermore, they work alongside pre-sales teams to guarantee a seamless transition from the initial solution design to the implementation phase.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in IT, particularly in a solution architecture or technical leadership capacity.

• Extensive knowledge in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and cybersecurity.

• Practical experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security in enterprise settings.

• Robust technical expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and storage systems.

• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives for large enterprise clients, ensuring that technical solutions foster business-wide digital advancement.

• Strong grasp of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and IT governance.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong capacity to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery roles with direct customer interaction.

• Regular collaboration with internal teams (Professional Services, Pre-Sales, Sales, Partners).

• Engagement with customers and partners to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

• Willingness to travel to support global enterprise implementations (up to 50%).
