This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and uphold the Enterprise Architecture baseline by mapping the existing IT landscape and aligning it with the target architecture.
• Define, refine, and ensure alignment of the Enterprise Architecture framework with business strategy, security needs, and group standards.
• Establish and implement Enterprise Architecture governance, which includes guidelines, review processes, and adherence to defined standards.
• Support and incorporate Enterprise Architecture into IT demand management processes, ensuring architectural validation, prioritization, and value-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate the current landscape against the target architecture, identify gaps, and drive pragmatic transformation initiatives alongside Solution Architects.
• Guide architecture and service design decisions, ensuring scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, and overall solution quality.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and visualization of architecture while engaging both business and technical stakeholders to foster alignment and adoption.
• Strong background in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance models, and best practices, with 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex IT environments and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and service lifecycle management principles.
• Experience with architecture modeling and visualization tools (e.g., LeanIX or similar platforms).
• Strong sense of ownership, capability to translate strategy into execution, manage priorities, and drive results in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, complemented by a collaborative and structured working approach.
