This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee, configure, and sustain Atlassian Cloud applications including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Access, and Statuspage.
• Create and manage Jira workflows, automation rules, custom fields, and permission schemes that align with organizational standards.
• Implement and support Atlassian Access for identity federation (SSO, SCIM) utilizing Azure Entra ID.
• Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to ensure consistent governance and structure across departments.
• Develop and maintain automations and integrations through Atlassian APIs, webhooks, and tools such as Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT Governance teams to ensure compliance with data retention, access control, and audit requirements.
• Keep documentation, change logs, and configuration records for Atlassian environments up to date.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and usage metrics to ensure uptime and facilitate proactive issue resolution.
• Work alongside project teams and business owners to enhance use cases and deliver platform improvements.
• Offer user support, training, and best-practice advice for Atlassian tools.
• Provide support for related SaaS integrations (e.g., Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, etc.) as required for cross-tool workflows.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in administering and supporting Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• In-depth understanding of Jira project configurations, workflows, automation, permission models, and notification schemes.
• Experience in managing Confluence spaces, page templates, and content governance.
• Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, and user lifecycle management using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace applications and their configurations.
• Experience with API integrations or automation scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar languages).
• Understanding of SaaS governance principles, including BCP/DRP documentation and access reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
