Enterprise AI DevOps, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Infrastructure as Code and multi-cloud CI/CD pipelines utilizing AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Spearhead AI-powered workflows for non-engineering systems using Agentic AI and the Model Context Protocol.

• Develop observability frameworks leveraging Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.

• Assess performance, reduce costs, and enhance system uptime.

• Partner with product, data, and security teams to set standards for cybersecurity, compliance, and xOps.

• Convert infrastructure metrics and cost optimization KPIs into actionable business ROI.

• Incorporate AI capabilities within enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Okta.

• Provide guidance to product teams regarding technical DevOps and cloud necessities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience managing enterprise-level Kubernetes and Docker environments.

• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures.

• Expertise in integrating enterprise APIs like Workday and Salesforce.

• Experience in managing secure identity frameworks, including OIDC and SAML.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Flux CD, and Helm.

• Practical knowledge of Grafana, New Relic, and Prometheus.

• Capability to translate technical DevOps and cloud requirements into strategic direction.

• Experience applying Agentic AI concepts or Model Context Protocol to legacy enterprise tools is an advantage.

• Proven record of delivering measurable ROI through cloud cost optimization and infrastructure performance metrics is a plus.
