This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main support contact for broker inquiries under the supervision of the Enterprise Account Executive.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with brokers, loan officers, and processors.
• Handle incoming requests and assist in resolving routine inquiries, escalating more complex matters as necessary.
• Aid in outbound broker engagement initiatives utilizing CRM tools and communication platforms.
• Meticulously record all broker interactions, requests, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Assist in disseminating product updates, rate alterations, and program information to brokers.
• Support the development and distribution of marketing and informational materials.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to provide loan-level support and ensure efficient workflows.
• Keep organized records and maintain a strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Prioritize daily responsibilities to meet team deadlines and enhance overall productivity.
• Engage in team meetings, sharing updates and learning actively from senior colleagues.
• Develop a foundational understanding of mortgage products, programs, and the wholesale channel.
• Assist with additional tasks and initiatives as assigned.
• Basic experience in customer service, support, or relationship-oriented positions.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning about mortgage products, programs, and the wholesale lending sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional setting.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and standard business tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment.
