This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring retention, renewals, and growth.
• Cultivate robust relationships with individuals at all organizational levels, from daily users to senior executives, and lead regular business reviews that demonstrate value and return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with various teams within Access, including Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product, to ensure that customers receive the necessary support and that issues are addressed promptly.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and oversee contract renewals, which includes pricing discussions and coordination with legal and procurement teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or relationship-driven sales.
• Established history of retaining and expanding a substantial enterprise portfolio ($5M+ ARR).
• Experience managing intricate, multi-stakeholder accounts within Fortune 1000 or large enterprise settings.
• Strong commercial acumen with the capability to recognize expansion opportunities and lead renewal negotiations.
• Familiarity with account management or success methodologies (QBR frameworks, MEDDPICC for expansion, success planning, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to foster trust at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and tools such as Claude, Clari, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is a plus.
