This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate new and existing relationships within the US Department of Defense (DOD)/War (DOW)
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory sales plan that serves as a roadmap for success
• Accountable for achieving or surpassing monthly and annual quotas through proactive prospecting for all product lines and opportunities with both new and existing clients
• Oversee sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and account management throughout the sales cycle
• Keep precise Whitespace data on customer accounts and target prospects
• Collaborate closely with the Vice President, SE’s, PAM’s, and the broader POD to meet strategic objectives
• Coordinate with the Channel team and Channel Partners to provide value to our customers and BeyondTrust whenever feasible
• Work in tandem with the SDR team to effectively cover your total addressable market, including both focus and non-focus territory accounts
• Participate in corporate trade shows and events
• Maintain active sales pipeline activities in Salesforce
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, clients, and partners
• Lead RFP responses for your designated accounts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Over 5 years of customer-facing sales experience in security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT-related software
• Sales experience within DOD Unified Combatant Commands and DOD Fourth Estate accounts
• Familiarity with federal purchasing vehicles such as ESI, GSA, CHESS/ITES, etc.
• Understanding of the federal government channel involving VADs and VARs
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Established network and relationships with senior IT professionals
• Strong communication and influencing skills
