This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of NDR and GRR objectives throughout the enterprise portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies for expansion.
• Spearhead commercial negotiations regarding renewals and expansions.
• Ensure a robust and precise expansion pipeline is maintained in Salesforce.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of Enterprise Account Managers.
• Design AI-driven operating systems and measurement frameworks.
• Personally oversee a selected portfolio of 1-2 key enterprise accounts.
• Uphold CRM integrity and accuracy in forecasting.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success within a SaaS setting, demonstrating a strong commercial track record.
• More than 3 years of experience leading and nurturing high-performing account management or customer success teams.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate enterprise deals with annual contract values exceeding $500K.
• Familiarity with AI tools in either a commercial or operational capacity.
• Experience in managing large, complex client engagements.
• Proven history of overseeing workstreams across cross-functional teams.
