This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy within the designated market segment.
• Gain a deep understanding of the prospect’s business through effective discovery and qualification processes.
• Present the Built value proposition clearly and persuasively to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited experience with software.
• Assess prospects and create business cases (such as ROI and workflow illustrations) to facilitate adoption.
• Advance opportunities across various types and sizes of companies involved in construction (including commercial developers, investors, and contractors) to finalize software agreements.
• Collaborate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to ensure an exceptional client experience and to continually enhance processes and products.
• Quickly acquire knowledge about the market, decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, consistently meeting or surpassing established quotas.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle of a software solution through a consultative approach.
• Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals.
• Familiarity with or experience in the finance or construction industries is advantageous.
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience related to back-office operations.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Unquestionable integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
• Must reside in Denver, CO and be willing to travel frequently within the region and nationally as required.
