This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial lead to closing, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers, understanding their needs and showcasing how our products can address real challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, collaborating with sales engineers and product experts to illustrate tangible benefits.
• Keep abreast of product updates and industry trends to educate customers and influence discussions regarding GenAI adoption.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and assist with post-sale success in collaboration with our deployment and support teams.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms while collaborating with legal to revise contracts.
• Provide customer insights to product and engineering teams to guide future roadmaps and enhance user experience.
• Contribute to defining and refining our sales playbook—your insights will shape our market strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• A relationship-oriented professional who builds trust rapidly and approaches sales with empathy and curiosity.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge that allows you to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
• Flourish in a fast-paced startup environment and are motivated by making an impact—you want to help define the playbook, not just adhere to one.
