This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of Enterprise Life Sciences accounts, fostering growth opportunities across various business units and functions.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies that align with customer transformation goals and UiPath's growth objectives.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, Digital Transformation leaders, AI Centers of Excellence, IT, Operations, and Shared Services organizations.
• Present UiPath’s agentic automation and AI platform using a consultative, value-driven sales methodology that emphasizes measurable business results.
• Manage complex enterprise sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partner ecosystems.
• Discover opportunities to enhance automation adoption across operational, compliance, quality, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing processes.
• Work in collaboration with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and sustainable account growth.
• Collaborate with Global Systems Integrators and strategic partners to develop new opportunities and expedite customer value realization.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of trends in the Life Sciences industry, the competitive landscape, regulatory factors, and emerging AI initiatives.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software or solution/value selling.
• More than 5 years of successful management and growth of Enterprise Life Sciences accounts within BioPharma or Medical Device sectors.
• Proven experience in selling transformational technologies such as AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing quotas and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to articulate AI capabilities, ROI, governance, and implementation strategies to both executive and technical audiences.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the capacity to translate intricate technology concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Executive presence with experience in engaging stakeholders across diverse functions and levels, including C-suite executives.
• Proficient in account planning and opportunity management using a research-driven, data-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
