This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for a strategic portfolio of named accounts that encompasses 8 of the top 10 chemical companies, 3 of the top 10 automotive manufacturers, and 3 of the top 5 oil & gas majors worldwide.
• Your mission is twofold: to enhance penetration within these flagship enterprise accounts and to secure the next wave of Fortune 500 clients in industrial manufacturing, heavy machinery, and food & beverage production.
• This position is a hunter role with full enterprise support: focusing on acquiring new logos, expanding strategic accounts, navigating six- and seven-figure deal cycles, and receiving direct executive backing from Radiant and Embrace leadership.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience managing an enterprise quota in SaaS, IoT, industrial technology, supply chain, or operational software — with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets.
• Experience selling to operational buyers including plant managers, VPs of Operations, CIOs, and EHS leaders.
• A history of exceeding quotas by 1.5x or more ACV with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• A focus on selling business value rather than just features.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce), transparent in your forecasting, and averse to optimistic pipeline projections.
