This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +4 more states.
• Cultivate relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Propel value-driven growth within the account.
• Broaden the Databricks presence across new business units and use cases.
• Surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records in Salesforce.
• Employ a solution-oriented approach to sales and create value for clients.
• Advocate for Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform, which is powered by Apache Spark™ and Delta Lake.
• Prioritize opportunities effectively and utilize the necessary resources.
• Develop a strategic plan for success both internally at Databricks and externally with your account.
• Over 7 years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in larger accounts.
• Previous field sales experience in big data, Cloud, SaaS, and a consumption-based selling model.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to distill technical capabilities into value-driven benefits.
• Established relationships with CIOs, program managers, and other key decision-makers at local accounts.
• Experience managing a select group of enterprise accounts rather than a wide-ranging territory.
• Background in an early-stage company, demonstrating the ability to navigate challenges and achieve success with minimal oversight.
