This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Engage in sales efforts targeting above-property roles at the CCO, CMO, VP, and regional VP levels within hotel brands and management organizations, fostering executive relationships that create portfolio-wide opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with property-level account executives to develop joint account strategies, ensuring alignment on stakeholder mapping, coordinated outreach, and the successful translation of above-property commitments into property-level revenue.
• Develop and sustain a strong enterprise sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation at both brand and management company levels.
• Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise account strategy for key brand and management company accounts within your designated portfolio.
• Provide accurate sales revenue forecasts and pipeline updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Oversee the entire enterprise sales process from initial prospecting to deal closure, including multi-year and portfolio-wide agreements.
• Keep Salesforce CRM updated with precise and timely information.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the sales workflow—encompassing account research, planning, call preparation, message drafting, and customer insights—to enhance productivity and improve the quality of each customer interaction.
• Clearly communicate the technical features of Visiting Media’s solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, remaining knowledgeable about the latest market trends.
• Collaborate with clients and internal product and technical teams on system integrations, including, but not limited to, APIs and MCPs (Model Context Protocol), ensuring that Visiting Media’s solutions align seamlessly with each customer's broader technology framework.
• Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events to cultivate relationships and represent Visiting Media effectively.
• Travel as necessary (up to 25%) to engage with prospects, clients, and attend industry gatherings.
• A minimum of 4 years of enterprise-specific sales experience, with at least 10 years of overall sales experience.
• Background in sales within the hospitality and travel sectors.
• Proven success in selling above-property solutions to senior executives (CCO, CMO, VP commercial, VP sales, regional VP) at hotel brands and/or hotel management companies.
• Experience working in a team-selling environment, collaborating with field or property-level representatives to broaden portfolio reach and drive sales effectiveness.
• Proficient in using AI tools in everyday tasks, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies as they emerge in the landscape.
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions related to system integrations, APIs, and MCPs (Model Context Protocol) with both buyers and their technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and successfully close large, complex transactions.
• Expertise in value-based selling, utilizing ROI and sales methodologies to craft compelling value propositions.
