This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals for mid-market accounts.
• Create a robust pipeline through focused outreach and the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive, clinical, and operational teams, to foster consensus and urgency.
• Rigorously adhere to Radicle’s SPICED sales process, ensuring thorough discovery, qualification, and value alignment.
• Maintain exemplary CRM data integrity in Salesforce by updating stages, activities, and forecasts on a daily basis.
• Utilize Gong to analyze calls, identify potential deal risks, refine messaging, and enhance your performance through self-coaching.
• Provide precise 90-day forecasts with minimal discrepancies.
• Stay informed about regulatory drivers and trends in healthcare and human services to effectively position Radicle’s solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in selling to regulated industries (such as healthcare, human services, government, etc.) that involve multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Proven ability to independently build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and the implementation of ABM campaigns.
• Proficiency in a structured sales methodology, with a strong preference for SPICED experience.
• Proven expertise in Gong and Salesforce; you utilize these tools daily to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• A strong drive, resilience, and a history of surpassing sales quotas.
