This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for designated enterprise clients and prospects.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and account-based selling techniques.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
• Manage intricate sales processes from initial discovery to contract finalization.
• Develop persuasive business cases that link Powerfleet solutions to quantifiable customer results.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, expansion prospects, and customer retention within designated accounts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Keep account plans, opportunity strategies, and customer engagement plans updated.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and business development efforts.
• Experience in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
