📋 Description

• Manage executive-level, strategic relationships for a portfolio of Enterprise-tier clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth in revenue.

• Act as the advocate for customers within ALTOUR by coordinating across various internal teams including operations, program optimization, sourcing, finance, technology, and executive leadership.

• Craft account plans, strategic roadmaps, and commercial initiatives customized to meet each customer's evolving global business and travel program requirements.

• Drive revenue enhancement through expansion, upselling, and identifying whitespace opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Partner Network leadership.

• Work alongside regional and in-country partner agencies to facilitate seamless global delivery and ensure a consistent experience for travelers and stakeholders.

• Lead complex global program expansion initiatives, which include onboarding new regions and countries while ensuring adherence to global standards.

• Foster consistent global program design and execution across both online and offline service models through effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Oversee the global alignment of operational processes, ensuring local delivery models are seamlessly integrated into the wider global framework.

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to navigate regulatory, cultural, content, servicing, and supplier nuances while upholding global consistency.

• Safeguard global data integrity by comprehending how regional booking channels, traveler behaviors, supplier content, and servicing workflows influence enterprise data quality.

• Anticipate and mitigate disruptions in global content (e.g., NDC, GDS fragmentation, supplier-direct strategies), proactively formulating solutions.

• Serve as a strategic advisor on market trends, emerging technologies, and innovations that are shaping the future of global travel programs.

• Lead executive discussions regarding program performance, cost management, sustainability, traveler experience, and innovation.

• Ensure that contractual SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments are consistently met and improved upon.

• Actively manage executive reporting, QBRs/MBRs, and forecasting initiatives.

• Contribute to the advancement of ALTOUR’s Enterprise account management playbooks and provide mentorship to peers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts within a global or complex regional framework.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale global account expansions with successful implementations across various countries.

• Capability to drive consistency in global programs while addressing local market demands and operational models.

• Comprehensive understanding of local market nuances on a global level, including supplier landscapes, regulations, and cultural factors.

• In-depth knowledge of corporate travel operations, technology, sourcing, and global service models.

• Strong grasp of how global touchpoints—such as online tools, offline services, partner agencies, and suppliers—affect enterprise data quality.

• Experience in navigating global content disruptions with a solutions-focused approach.

• Strong commercial awareness regarding deal structures, profitability, and value generation.

• Executive presence accompanied by exceptional communication and influencing abilities.

• Comfort in operating within a matrixed, partner-driven, performance-oriented environment.

• High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and capability to simplify complexity into clear directives.

• Willingness to embrace market evolution, innovation, and emerging technologies.
