This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Connect with potential patients via high-volume outbound calls to promote and enroll them in Lumata Health’s care management services.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls each day and secure at least 7 enrollments daily.
• Emphasize the benefits and features of the program to potential patients.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections to facilitate enrollments.
• Assist patients throughout the enrollment process and accurately gather necessary information.
• Stay updated on enrollment policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Keep precise records of enrollments and document patient interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to exchange best practices and strategies for achieving enrollment goals.
• Liaise with other departments to guarantee smooth service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
• Meet and surpass monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics.
• Monitor and report enrollment activities, outcomes, and performance to supervisors.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to log patient interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, regulatory guidelines, and company protocols.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to further Lumata Health’s objectives.
• Strong sales instincts, including skills in persuasion, objection handling, and closing.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach while balancing metrics with compassion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High resilience in a quota-driven setting with frequent rejection.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection.
• Secure, distraction-free home office that complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in eye care or a related field.
• Preferred 1+ years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred.
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload per person working from home.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Capability to hear, speak, make calls, and participate in virtual meetings.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain privacy and restricted access to company-issued computers while handling patient data.
• Camera must be on during virtual meetings.
