This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversees the enrollment team in a designated state or region to ensure top-notch service is provided during the enrollment process for individuals self-directing their services and the associated referring entities.
• Develops leads and referrals for new participants and their employees.
• Fosters relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referring individuals and agencies to establish a solid referral network.
• Drives enrollments to meet company growth objectives within existing contracts by conducting presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants.
• Maintains consistent and precise communication to referrers and enrolled individuals regarding the status of enrollments and the progression of the process.
• Assists the Directors of Business Development in identifying new market opportunities.
• Addresses issues and answers questions from staff and external customers to ensure a seamless and adaptable enrollment process.
• Ensures the Enrollment team trains new participants and their employees on utilizing the GT Caregiver App and other GT Tools, as well as understanding roles, responsibilities, and program-specific details.
• Provides daily guidance and communication to employees, ensuring that enrollment and processing-related inquiries are addressed promptly, efficiently, and knowledgeably.
• Continuously evaluates processes and procedures; responsible for proposing methods to enhance operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers.
• Manages employees to guarantee that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Offers regular performance feedback and coaching to each direct report.
• Ensures that employees receive the necessary training and resources to perform their roles effectively.
• Cultivates and maintains a high-quality work environment.
• Assists the Director in the development, analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition initiatives.
• Manages special or ongoing projects critical to area/process improvement.
• Exercises sound judgment in upward communication regarding departmental or employee issues.
• Aids in the documentation and training of the DocuSign program and GT Enroll.
• Supports the development and preparation of operational plans and reports on project status.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines through effective planning and organization.
• Ability to balance work pressure with effective time management skills.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Experience in working, initiating, and sustaining a highly effective team.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and internet applications.
• Competent in using Excel.
