This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversees the enrollment team within a designated state or region, ensuring top-notch service is delivered throughout the enrollment process for those self-directing their services and the referring parties.
• Generates leads and referrals for new individuals and their staff.
• Fosters relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referral sources to build a robust base of referrals.
• Drives enrollments to meet company growth objectives within existing contracts by conducting presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants.
• Maintains consistent and precise communication with referrers and individuals being enrolled regarding the status of enrollments and the progress of each party involved.
• Assists the Directors of Business Development in exploring new opportunities in the market.
• Addresses issues and answers queries from staff and external customers to ensure a seamless and flexible enrollment process.
• Ensures the Enrollment team trains new participants and their staff on utilizing the GT Caregiver App and other GT Tools, including roles, responsibilities, and program-specific details.
• Provides daily guidance and communication to team members, ensuring enrollment and processing calls are handled promptly, efficiently, and knowledgeably.
• Continuously evaluates processes and procedures, responsible for recommending improvements to enhance operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers.
• Manages team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Regularly provides performance feedback and coaching to each direct report.
• Ensures that employees receive appropriate training and resources to effectively perform their roles.
• Creates and sustains a high-quality work environment.
• Assists the Director with the development, analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
• Manages special or ongoing projects that are crucial for area/process improvement.
• Exercises sound judgment in communicating upward regarding departmental or employee concerns.
• Aids in the documentation and training of the DocuSign program and GT Enroll.
• Contributes to the development and preparation of operational plans and reports on project status.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience managing complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines through effective planning and organization.
• Ability to balance work pressures with effective time management skills.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Experience in working with, initiating, and maintaining a highly effective team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft programs and the Internet.
• Competent in the use of Excel.
