This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Ensure the Enrollment team achieves or surpasses all assigned revenue and enrollment targets.
• Maintain strict compliance with the established enrollment process, which includes measurement, tracking, reporting, and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements in the enrollment process to boost efficiency and deliver superior services that drive incremental revenue.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee all facets of a team of Enrollment Representatives.
• Achieve results within a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Conduct staff evaluations and performance reviews.
• Drive student enrollment by advising prospective students on how the institution can fulfill their educational and career aspirations.
• Ensure the highest quality of student experience from an individual’s initial contact with the institution through their enrollment.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to create effective and efficient processes across ed2go departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors outside of Cengage as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 4 years of consultative sales experience is required, ideally within the education sector.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience is preferred.
• Over 3 years of sales and/or management experience in an inside sales or similar setting.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• An experienced problem-solver and dedicated troubleshooter, with a focus on customer issues.
• Capacity to work beyond typical business hours to complete tasks as necessary.
