This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivering outstanding customer support to students and university staff, primarily via phone and email
• Skillfully addressing all student concerns to achieve precise resolutions
• Responding to intricate inquiries related to the University’s policies
• Building relationships and collaborating with support offices to resolve student issues
• Discovering creative methods to enhance student services
• Executing suggestions from the Management Team
• Achieving or surpassing departmental key performance indicators
• Some college education
• Required customer service/sales experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Previous contact center experience is preferred
• Capability to work first/second shifts and rotating Saturdays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to respond to emails and phone inquiries within 24 hours
• Competence in reasoning, analyzing information, and recognizing potential issues
• Capacity to apply sound judgment to find solutions to problems
• Options for remote work
