This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Guide prospective students through the application journey for their chosen University.

• Identify the needs and goals of prospective students through a series of interviews.

• Assist students during the admissions and registration phases to ensure all requirements and deadlines are fulfilled.

• Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, or text messages about the University and its programs.

• Adhere to departmental and management protocols for lead management and progress tracking in the CRM system.

• Meet daily performance metrics related to call volume, lead response times, daily talk time, and application submissions as outlined by the Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center setting.

• Familiarity with higher education and/or experience in college admissions and recruitment is desirable.

• Technologically adept.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.

• Leadership skills and the capacity to supervise delegated tasks effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to provide training and clarify processes and procedures effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

• A grasp of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sectors, particularly experience with a Higher Education Institution, is preferred.
