This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Strong typing skills with the capability to swiftly transcribe verbal replies.

• Friendly, courteous, punctual, and dependable.

• Capacity to persuade others and provide verbal guidance.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps.

• Ability to swiftly and independently address technical issues and troubleshoot effectively.

• Quick adaptability to new policies and procedures.

• Enjoy working autonomously, self-motivated, and excel in repetitive tasks.
