English Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Instruct English online for students located in China.

• Create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment for English learning.

• Foster students’ educational growth, development, and achievement.

• Cultivate relationships with assigned students on a regular basis.

• Assess students’ strengths, weaknesses, learning preferences, and interests.

• Complete video questions and perform a live demonstration lesson during the application process.

• Adhere to a consistent schedule throughout the duration of the contract.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native English pronunciation.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Responsible and passionate approach to teaching.

• Experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is preferred.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Access to an HD camera and microphone.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL certification or an equivalent qualification is necessary.

• Must maintain a fixed schedule for at least 6 months.

• Commitment to long-term employment (1 year or more).

• Completion of the online application, including video questions and a live demo lesson, is required.

• Signing a contract prior to starting teaching is mandatory.
