This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engage with customers through messages on Instagram, Whatnot, email, and various other platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive customer experience
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding: Shipping updates, Order questions, Missing packages, Product details, Repack information
• Address customer concerns swiftly and professionally
• Monitor orders and maintain customer information organization
• Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and issues
• Clearly communicate updates with the VividSportsVault team
• Follow up with customers concerning orders, inquiries, and support requests
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and occasional outbound follow-ups
• Uphold professionalism and a friendly demeanor in all customer interactions
• Oversee and sustain basic social media presence (Instagram, Whatnot, etc.), which includes responding to comments/messages and helping to keep pages active and focused on customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a clear American accent
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Proficient in using Instagram, Whatnot, email platforms, and online systems
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and responding promptly
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Background in e-commerce or online customer support is advantageous
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
