This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide Level 1 support through phone, email, and ticketing systems for clinical operations and processes
• Diagnose and resolve standard issues; escalate more complex cases as necessary
• Oversee user accounts and access management across various platforms
• Ensure prompt and precise case management while upholding high service quality
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated clinical systems, facilitating essential vaccine-related activities
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and clarity
• Capable of multitasking in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in helpdesk or service desk roles is advantageous; a background in life sciences or healthcare is preferred
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems
